The manual pay station’s desktop validator cannot read any tickets. What might be the problem?

The invalid reading of tickets and/or cards by the desktop validator may be caused by accumulated dirt on the device’s reader heads. Clean the validator heads and if the problem persists, contact Mabyc technical service.
