Functions
  • Reads and validates tickets and cards inserted in any position (2 with side stripes and 4 with centre stripes).
  • Reads and validates magnetic stripe cards (pass cards, conferences, discounts, credit cards, etc.).
  • Validates and cancels time tickets, which are retained in order to prevent fraud.
  • Optical and acoustic vehicle presence signal.
  • Permanent date, time and corresponding operator messages on the terminal display (configurable and modifiable by remote control).
  • Anti-passback control (APB) over validated tickets to prevent shared ticket and/or card use.
  • Constant communication with the Central Unit (alarms, barrier gate openings, tickets issued, cards read, etc.).
  • Control over the barrier gate manoeuvres associated with the terminal itself (manual or automatic opening and closing).
  • Detection of possible fraudulent tickets previously generated at the car park entrance by an irregular pass sequence.
