Car park guidance equipment

The Optima automatic guidance system for car parks allows real-time car park occupancy control, using the information obtained to locate currently available spaces and indicate to users the shortest route to reach them.

Quick detection and indication of free spaces implies an immediate increase in the rotation of vehicles in the car park (and therefore, its profitability). It also provides the following additional benefits:

• Increased safety levels in the car park in the event of a fire, due to the integration of temperature sensors.
• Optimisation of the electricity consumption in the car park through automatic regulation of lighting according to several configurable factors.
• More efficient use and distribution of the car park, by means of the sequential occupancy system by zones (configurable).

All these features are possible as a result of the true communications network that includes the ultrasound volumetric sensors, which detect the presence and/or passing of a vehicle, indicator signs and a computerised central unit.
